PRELAUNCH POLICY DRAFT · UPDATED OCTOBER 15, 2026
Terms of use
Clear boundaries for a playful video tool. Not a completed commercial agreement.
Launch review required: this page describes the intended service rules. The merchant entity, required contact details, jurisdiction-specific terms, and legal review have not been finalized. Live payments and public generation are closed. This draft must not be treated as confirmation that the service is ready for commercial launch.
The service and its independent status
Trading name: burningbridges. Customer support: service@burningbridgesai.fans.
Burning Bridges AI is an independent photo-to-video project at burningbridgesai.fans. It is not an official Drake product and does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or a license from the artist, record label, or creators of the original music video. Links to that video provide context, not a download or a transfer of rights.
Who may use the tool
The tool is intended for adult users. You must have permission to use a person's likeness for the requested video. Pets and original characters are also planned subject types. You are responsible for having the rights needed for the image and your intended use of the output. The application does not use visual age estimates or subject-category confidence scores as content-admission rules.
Content that is not permitted
- Nudity, sexual content, sexualized posing, exploitation, or sexual violence.
- Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Harassment, hateful abuse, harmful deception, or nonconsensual impersonation.
- Graphic violence, material that violates another person’s rights, or attempts to bypass safety checks.
The application's AI check is limited to NSFW intent in the actual generation prompt. It does not separately review input images or generated videos for content. File validation and generation-provider safety filters remain enabled, but do not guarantee a safe output. A failed intent-check service is a technical error, not a finding that your content violated these rules. Review the result before sharing. These usage rules still apply regardless of automated detection. Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another account’s files, or submit unauthorized reference URLs.
Generation expectations
The target workflow is a continuous video of up to 15 seconds with sound, using a service-controlled reference performance. Final delivery specifications, real output quality and supported subjects must pass testing before public availability. Example-file dimensions are not guaranteed delivery specifications. AI-generated appearance, timing, clothing, and movement can differ from an input image or reference. Review a result before sharing it, and do not represent a synthetic video as an authentic recording of someone.
No license to the original soundtrack or music video is included. The production reference and any audio must be self-produced or separately authorized; the original music-video link does not supply that authorization.
Planned purchases and credits
The proposed one-time packs are $4.99 for 500 credits, $9.99 for 1,000 credits, and $19.99 for 2,000 credits. A video requires 500 credits. There is no planned subscription or recurring renewal, and purchased credits are intended not to expire. Prices shown during this closed preview are not an enabled live checkout; any Stripe test-mode checkout does not charge real money.
Once enabled, a verified payment confirmation will add credits to the purchasing account. Accepted generation jobs reserve credits; successfully completed jobs consume them after technical output validation. Failed or rejected jobs return the reservation. Payment refunds are a separate process described on the refund page.
Private files and availability
Inputs and outputs are private to the account in the application, but processing providers must handle the media to perform their functions. Downloads have a limited availability window. Review the privacy notice for the intended retention schedule and its remaining launch checks.
Before commercial launch
The operator must publish a verified merchant identity and support contact, complete payment and refund setup, review applicable customer rights and privacy obligations, validate retention, and test the real product. This draft does not choose an invented governing jurisdiction or remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
