PRELAUNCH POLICY DRAFT · UPDATED OCTOBER 15, 2026
Credits and refunds
A failed generation returns credits. A payment refund is a different transaction.
Live purchases are closed. The merchant identity, verified support channel, cash-refund eligibility, and commercial policy review must be completed before checkout opens. This preview does not collect live payments or promise an already-operational refund desk.
When a generation fails
An accepted generation reserves 500 credits. If the job finishes as failed or rejected, the application releases those 500 credits to the same account. A rejected input image or prompt, a provider failure, or failed technical output validation can cause this outcome. A queued or processing job still has a reservation until it reaches a final state.
An unavailable generation service should reject a new request without charging credits. Once a job completes successfully after technical output validation, its reserved credits are consumed. Videos do not receive an AI content review. Review your job history and balance rather than submitting the same request repeatedly.
What a credit return does not do
A returned reservation does not move money to a bank account or payment card. It makes the credits available for another permitted generation. The planned packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and purchased credits are intended not to expire. See pricing for pack details.
Requesting a payment refund
Contact service@burningbridgesai.fans with your order identifier and the issue. Never include card numbers or login links.
After commercial launch, payment-refund requests must go to the verified merchant support contact shown on the Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation. Include the order or receipt identifier and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, login links, or private media unless a secure support process specifically requires it.
The merchant—not a video-generation status message—must review and, when appropriate, initiate the refund through Stripe. Approved refunds are handled through the original payment method, with processing time depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Stripe explains that process in its refund documentation.
Duplicate or unexpected charges
If you see a charge you believe relates to this service, first check the merchant name and contact details on its receipt. This prelaunch site has no enabled live checkout. Do not assume a similarly named merchant is this project or send sensitive information to an unverified address.
What remains before sales open
A final cash-refund policy must clearly explain eligibility, unused-credit handling, request steps, and support response expectations. That policy must be reviewed for applicable customer rights before launch. This draft does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or replace mandatory rights.
